At heya I built Nelly, the AI concierge for the National Communication Museum's AI Summit 2026, and pushed live agent performance up 30% in three weeks. I'm 21, studying at Melbourne, and alongside that I co-founded Webber to fix how influencers and brands work together, ran full rebrands, multi-platform campaigns and shipped UI directly in code. I owned the agent logic, prompt architecture and conversational design from brief to live, with the team at heya.

AI Conversation Engineering & System Building

Built Nelly, the AI concierge for the National Communication Museum's AI Summit 2026. A public-facing voice agent live in front of real museum visitors. Pushed our live agent performance up 30% in three weeks by restructuring prompts, redesigning the knowledge base and tuning LLM behaviour. Rebuilt a client's broken production agent from scratch in 24 hours. Set up versioning and PM systems for internal AI work so briefs actually turn into shipped product.

Marketing & Design Strategist

Ran a full rebrand: identity, colour system, website rebuild. At the same time, content strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok. Engagement grew over 100% on every platform, and we hit #1 on Google through organic SEO alone. Also shipped UI elements directly in code.
